Mostly sunny with clear skies, along the border with Austria, east of the Brenner Pass, some clouds will appear during the course of the day. In many valleys, locally strong northerly wind will pick up, bringing increasingly colder air.

The day will start sunny in all mountain ranges. Along the eastern main Alpine ridge, some clouds will appear during the course of the day, while elsewhere it will remain mostly cloudless. With strong northerly winds, temperatures will drop significantly.
