T&Cs at the Mitterplarser Hotel

Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival the booked rooms will be available from 2 pm. Please vacate them by 10 am on your day of departure. Thank you for your understanding.

Please notify us if you will be arriving after 7 pm.

Bed and breakfastk

For bed and breakfast we credit you €10.00 per person per day off the price for half board.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in some rooms by prior arrangement! Contribution towards costs: €6.00 per day without food. Please bring a blanket or a dog basket. We hope you will understand that your four-legged friend cannot be admitted to the dining room, the lounge and the wellness area. Any repairs and special cleaning after your departure will be charged separately.

Reservations

Room reservations are only considered to be binding once we have issued written confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellations are annoying - for all parties. Please contact us if you have to cancel - we will try to find a solution for all parties. The EU-standards for cancellations of hotel bookings and journeys apply. We therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Non-smoking rooms

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Payment method

The hotel bill can be paid in cash, with EC-card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
